Yeah, I think we might need one.
~:: The Basics ::~
Many, if not most people dislike bad grammar. So try to keep it nice, and clean. If you think there are grammer mistakes then have a friend check it over. Also most people (including me) don't like alot of miss-spellings, so before you post make sure your re-read it, and spell check it. The spell-checker is there for a reason.
Also, don't make a paragraph that's just a sentence that runs on. Keep your sentences average, and try to post at least over 3-4 sentences.

~:: How To Make Short Posts Longer ::~
Most times, beginning RPer's usually post something like this:
Rosy walked in. The place is so pretty! she said.
---
That doesn't look good does it?
This is how an OK to good post should look like:
The bay stallion softly nickered as he entered his land. The waterfall shimmered in the noon sun, the soft grass caught his attention immediately because of its sheen. "I cannot believe such an amazing place is mine! It's brilliant!", he said to himself aloud. The chirping of the birds were music to his ears as he walked along the stream, getting closer to the beautifull waterfall. He could catch glimpses of small silverish fish swimming in the stream.
---
That, in my opinions looks better.

~:: Tips! ::~
OK, so to get nice, clean posts, here are some tips:
- Explain your surrounding, what do the trees look like? Are there any nearby streams? Rivers? What are in them? Moss? Fish?
- Explain what your character is feeling! Is it upset? Is it being careful to move quietly? What?
- Try some different words. Like, instead of looked, try scanned. It improves alot, and it makes whoever is reading it want to read more. If a mod really likes your post chances are they'll give you the most amount of credits they can for an RP which is 15, or if it's in Snowy Summit you'll probably get 20!
- Don't rant too much. Posts that are too long make for very bored mods (who have to read it if they're doing your bank account that week), and other people.
- About 1-2 paragraphs is nice if they explain the surroundings, what the animal is there for, and what it feels.
- Make sure you read all the threads in Fundamentles of Role-Playing! Those will tell you what a post should be like (ex. It needs to be bold when animals are talking, italics when they are thinking, ect, ect.) So make sure you check them out too!
Thats all, folks!
If you have any questions, please PM me.
